Following the US attack on three Iranian nuclear sites on June 21, President Donald Trump addressed the nation. On June 21, the President spoke from the East Room of the White House. Meanwhile, President Trump was joined by Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

On June 22, the United States issued a high-level alert due to concerns about Iranian retaliation. President Trump emphasized that the damage to three nuclear sites targeted by the US was monumental. The President stated on social media that the hits were hard and accurate.

President Trump made no demand to overthrow the regime. The United States would take any role in overthrowing the Iranian government. His statements appeared to imply that the US was exclusively concerned with destroying Iran's nuclear capability.
