Russell, the show's host, stated that all major cultures teach people to care for one another, cherish others, and be willing to share. Throughout our lives, we can find volunteer services in a variety of settings. According to research, those who participate in voluntary services every month have a 7% higher chance of being "very happy," while those who participate in voluntary services every 2-4 weeks have a 12% higher chance of being "very happy." It demonstrates that volunteering is not only beneficial to others, but also beneficial to oneself.

Abang Ulrich Akwo from the Republic of Cameroon has been involved in voluntary services since 2020. He has participated in three volunteer organizations in the fields of market gardening, education and health. He participates in education and health-related NGOs mainly to provide vision care, and also give priority to helping the elderly, providing psychological homes, nursing homes and physical therapy centers. The Redemption Higher Institute of Health and Biomedical Sciences is also another NGO that he volunteers for.

Akwo also volunteers at Bod's Garden. The mission of this unit is to produce organic food for the younger generation. It also advocates sustainable agriculture to alleviate climate change. It hopes to eradicate poverty through seeds of gold and encourage young people to participate in agriculture in various ways. Akwo said that volunteer services cannot only build contacts and meet people of various abilities and personalities, but also open many windows to his world.

Dr. Neyara Radwan is from Egypt. She is an assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Suez Canal University in Egypt. She is also an assistant professor and a quality assurance officer for doctoral projects at King Abdulaziz University in Saudi Arabia. She shared the influence of volunteer service on the world today from an academic perspective.

Neyara Radwan stated that the United Nations has designated December 5 as the International Volunteer Day. People around the world celebrate the great contribution of volunteers to the planet in various ways on this day. Volunteers are the lifeblood of the community, providing a series of diversified services and activities, which are vital to the social, economic, environmental and cultural well-being of society and around the world. The spirit of voluntary service reveals the bright side of human nature, and we are grateful for the selflessness and hard work of volunteers around the world for making our world a better place.

Josette Ogle from Florida, USA. She worked as a volunteer for Halifax Urban Ministry for nine years. The organization mainly provides accommodation and food for the homeless. Josette Ogle is now also serving as a volunteer in Meals and Wheels, an organization that delivers meals to the elderly and volunteers working in the kitchen. She said that volunteering has helped her understand social and personal spiritual growth.

She especially shared her volunteer service experience and experience with friends on the theme of selflessness and integrity in the show. Josette Ogle stated that every citizen enjoys human rights, and public power cannot be bullied. Integrity and due diligence should be the most important characteristics of civil servants. If this is not done, unjust cases will occur, such as the Tai Ji Men case in Taiwan that has attracted international attention.

COVID-19 is raging around the world. At this critical moment, people must still take preventive measures and work together to overcome the difficulties and usher in the dawn. At the end of the program, a film with 3 don'ts, 5 do's, and 6 tricks will be shown, hoping to help prevent the spread of the epidemic.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BllltkAVu7A
